It is only when a VirtualMachineClass has been 'bound' to a namespace can it then be used for the creation of virtual machines. This includes the creation of virtual machines which are used to back control plane and worker nodes in a Tanzu Kubernetes cluster provisioned by the TKG service in vSphere with Tanzu.
